Art has been a deeply rooted for Fredrick and his family for more than 40 years. A passion that he organically inherited and embraced. He and the family hold acclaim to have participated in several international exhibitions and supplied artifacts to global art markets including museums, galleries, and art centers. More than just a painter, Fredrick’s studio which is located in his homeland of Mwenge a village of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, acts as the market center where he also creates souvenirs for tourists.
Fueled and motivated by the relationship of societal issues & traditions. It’s the criticizing of history that Fredrick looks to encapsulate in his art — which in return, provides a platform for expression and inspiration.
