Description
South African visual artist and collage discipline extraordinaire Steve Maphoso will be featured as a part of a shared solo exhibition at the Trent Gallery beginning March 7, 2020. The exhibition will feature more than a dozen in a half works that are a part of Steve’s: Rebuilding Myself Series. As a textile artist, the series will delve into themes of overcoming depression, struggles, and societal issues. Through the use of contemporary collage techniques and locally sourced African materials.
